At DE-LUXE AURA, we take pride in the quality of every piece. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Final sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
- Accessories or limited-release drops marked as non-returnable
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or item changes, subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund (if eligible).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–10 business days.
